We are a small family-run business with generations of experience. We excel at listening to our customers and offer responsive service for any size job, commercial or residential. We are a truly well-rounded company. Our vast depth and scope of knowledge come from decades of on-the-job experience coupled with our education and professional licenses.

We hold Irrigation, Ornamental and Turf, and Arborist licenses, allowing us to offer a full spectrum of irrigation, landscape installation, stone work and routine maintenance services (including fertilization and pest control). Unfortunately, an irrigation system can be installed incorrectly and there is no "one size fits all" solution for all situations. Well-designed systems couple optimal horticultural benefit with efficient water usage. The following are standard on every installation we perform:

State licensed contractor. Connecticut law requires that every contractor providing irrigation service be licensed by the state.

A system installed with water conservation and horticulturally sound principles in mind. We take a water pressure reading before designing the layout in order to custom tailor the system to the situation. A rain gauge is included with every system as well as a high quality timer clock with a seasonal adjustment. The timer's flexibility can be additionally adjusted to water during day, at night, and even fill the bird bath separately. For even watering, all sprinkler heads on a given circuit will have matched precipitation rates. They will also provide head-to-head coverage of the lawn, ensuring uniformity of coverage.

Tunneling services under existing sidewalks and driveways. For example, this completely eliminates the need to cut the driveway and patch it after the sprinkler system is installed.

Backflow preventer.This device is required by building code, and for a good reason- it ensures the health of your family by keeping your tap water clean. Systems pose no risk to your property's drinking water with a properly installed backflow preventer. The device allows water flow in one direction only, preventing potentially contaminated water from flowing backwards into the building's potable water system. We will install a new backflow preventer or confirm the functionality of the existing one before beginning work on any system.

Quality Parts.We use Hunter products. Hunter produces high quality used extensively in golf courses, and commercial and residential property across the country.

Craftsmanship Warranty.Our work is guaranteed free from defects of workmanship for 1 year after installation.

Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Repair.We provide seasonal maintenance and repair for our systems and those installed by other contractors. Contact us to have yourself placed on our startup and winterization schedule or for repair.

Hardscapes

Our work is guaranteed free from defect in workmanship for one year, but should withstand decades. We have wowed our customers with solid unmovable sidewalks, driveways and patios in attractive patterns and colors. We lay our bricks on a solid foundation of 8-10" of compacted processed stone and edge them with an invisible but durable border.
